This is a process where students actively monitor and evaluate their *own* learning. It involves self-assessment and peer-assessment, promoting metacognition.

What is the difference between Validity and Reliability?

Reliability is about consistency (getting the same result every time). Validity is about accuracy (measuring the right thing). A test can be reliable without being valid, but it cannot be valid unless it is reliable.
